1. General Provisions

1.1. These terms of use, hereinafter – the Terms of Use, establish the procedure for using the website www.rigatophair.lv, hereinafter – rigatophair.lv, and for purchasing goods.

1.2. SIA “RIGA TOP HAIR”, registration No. 40003984084, address: Aspazijas bulv.30-4, Rīga, LV-1050, hereinafter – RIGA TOP HAIR, provides the content available on rigatophair.lv and provides services in accordance with the Terms of Use.

1.3. A User is a legally capable natural or legal person who makes purchases on www.rigatophair.lv or uses other www.rigatophair.lv services. Persons aged 14 to 18 may use the services only with the permission of a parent or guardian, except where they have their own income.

1.4. If the User purchases goods offered on www.rigatophair.lv, the Terms of Use shall be deemed a legally binding document setting out the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the purchase of goods, payment for them, and the delivery and return conditions.

1.5. Before purchasing goods, the User must read the Terms of Use and confirm this before completing the transaction. By purchasing goods, the User is deemed to have read and accepted the Terms of Use and confirmed the right to register and purchase goods in the Rigatophair.lv online store.

1.6. If the User attempts to harm the operation, stability or security of www.rigatophair.lv, or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms of Use, RIGA TOP HAIR may cancel the User’s registration or restrict access to the online store.

1.7. RIGA TOP HAIR reserves the right to amend and supplement the Terms of Use at any time. The version in force when the goods are ordered shall apply.

1.8. RIGA TOP HAIR reserves the right to change product prices or set special prices. Goods are sold at the prices in force when the order is placed.

2. Personal Data Protection

2.1. Only registered Users may make purchases. To register, the User must provide at least a name, surname, e-mail address and password. Registration constitutes consent to personal-data processing in accordance with applicable law and the RIGA TOP HAIR Privacy Policy.

2.2. When making a purchase, the User must provide a name, surname, delivery address, telephone number and e-mail, as these data are needed to conclude the purchase agreement, communicate with the User and deliver the goods.

2.3. The User is responsible for the accuracy of registration and purchase data. The User may correct, delete or supplement personal data in the www.rigatophair.lv profile or request RIGA TOP HAIR to do so in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

2.4. The User must keep registration data secure and not disclose them to third parties. If registration data are lost or may have been obtained by a third party, the User must immediately inform RIGA TOP HAIR using the contact details on www.rigatophair.lv.

2.5. By accepting these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, the User agrees that order, payment and delivery notifications may be sent to the indicated e-mail.

2.6. RIGA TOP HAIR guarantees that User data will be used only for purchasing goods and direct marketing.

2.7. RIGA TOP HAIR undertakes to protect the confidentiality of User data and not disclose it to third parties, except to partners delivering goods or providing order-related services, and to state authorities where required by law.

2.8. The recipient may be asked to present an identity document upon delivery.

3. Conclusion of the Purchase and Sale Agreement

3.1. No minimum purchase amount is set for a purchase on Rigatophair.lv.

3.2. The purchase agreement is concluded when the User has selected the goods, created a shopping cart and clicked “pay for purchase”. The User must pay in accordance with these Terms of Use.

3.3. Purchase agreements are registered and stored in the www.rigatophair.lv database.

3.4. RIGA TOP HAIR shall deliver ordered and paid goods to the address indicated in the order in accordance with Section 5.

3.5. If RIGA TOP HAIR cannot contact the User within three business days of placing the order, the order shall be cancelled. Only the amount paid for the goods shall be refunded; the delivery fee shall not be refunded.

3.6. If unforeseen circumstances prevent delivery, RIGA TOP HAIR shall offer a similar product. If the User refuses it, the amount paid for the unavailable goods shall be refunded as soon as possible and no later than 30 calendar days.

4. Prices of Goods and Payment Procedure

4.1. Prices in the Rigatophair.lv online store are indicated in euro; VAT is included.

4.2. The User may pay using the payment tools integrated into the Online Store or by paying the electronically prepared invoice sent by e-mail. The invoice is valid without a signature.

4.3. Any overpayment shall be refunded to the User’s payment card. If another payment method was used, the User must submit a written application indicating the bank account to which the overpayment should be transferred.
