Terms of Use – Delivery, Quality and Returns

5. Delivery of Goods

5.1. When selecting the delivery method, the User must indicate an accurate delivery address.

5.2. Goods may be delivered by RIGA TOP HAIR or its authorised representative, including DPD Latvija and Omniva.

5.3. The User must accept the ordered goods from the courier.

5.4. Delivery in Latvia costs 2.95 EUR. Orders over 50 EUR are delivered free of charge. Riga Top Hair may change the minimum order amount for free delivery.

5.5. Approximate order processing time is 1–2 business days after completion of the purchase.

5.6. If the User is absent, Riga Top Hair may hand over the goods to another adult person at the indicated address.

5.7. If delivery is impossible due to the User, the order is cancelled. Only the amount paid for the goods is refunded; the delivery fee is not refunded.

5.8. The User selects the delivery method and location with regard to weather conditions.

6. Quality of Goods

6.1. Product characteristics are indicated in each product description. Riga Top Hair ensures that the main characteristics correspond to the actual goods and contract terms.

6.2. The statutory warranty applies to goods available on www.rigatophair.lv.

6.3. If goods do not conform to the contract, the User may submit a claim within two years of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law.

6.4. For non-conforming goods, the User may request repair, exchange, a price reduction, or cancellation and refund.

6.5. Objections may be submitted to Riga Top Hair at Aspazijas bulvāris 30-4, Rīga, LV-1050.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Return of Goods

7.1. A consumer may withdraw without giving a reason within 30 calendar days of delivery, in accordance with the applicable distance-contract regulations.

7.2. The User may send a withdrawal notice by e-mail to [email protected], indicating the goods, order number and refund bank account.

7.3. The withdrawal period is observed if the notice is sent before the 30-day period expires.

7.4. The User must return the goods to Aspazijas bulvāris 30-4, Rīga, LV-1050, within 30 days and retain proof of dispatch.

7.5. Riga Top Hair shall refund the amount paid, including delivery costs, within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal application.

7.6. Direct return costs are borne by the User.

7.7. Returned goods must be unopened in the original packaging, undamaged, unused and in the same condition as upon receipt.
