7. Right of Withdrawal and Return of Goods
7.8. Riga Top Hair may withhold the refund until it has received the returned goods or confirmation that the User has sent them back.
7.9. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the User.
7.10. Returned goods must be in their original packaging, unopened, undamaged, unused and in the same condition as upon receipt.
7.11. Riga Top Hair may refuse to accept goods returned after the applicable return period.
7.12. The User is responsible for preserving the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period. Goods must be returned complete, undamaged, clean, properly packaged and with the purchase document and accessories. If these conditions are not met, Riga Top Hair may refuse the return and refund.
8. Exchange of Information
8.1. Riga Top Hair communicates with the User by e-mail, postal address or telephone. The User may use the communication methods listed on the Contacts page.
9. Liability
9.1. Riga Top Hair is released from liability where losses arise because the User acts contrary to the Terms of Use.
9.2. In the event of losses, the guilty party shall compensate the other party for direct losses.
9.3. Riga Top Hair is not liable for differences between product images and actual non-essential characteristics caused by the User’s screen, lighting or similar external circumstances.
9.4. Riga Top Hair is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including strikes, government orders, hostilities, emergencies, terrorism, environmental or climatic anomalies, third-party failures, Internet disruptions or computer and software failures.
10. Other Provisions
10.1. Relations between the User and Riga Top Hair are governed by these Terms of Use and the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
10.2. Questions and disagreements should first be addressed to Riga Top Hair customer service and resolved by negotiation where possible. Consumers may exercise their rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Law. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to a court in accordance with Latvian law.
